From start to finish the ordering and selection of seat covers was flawless. I must have sent 30 emails and every single one was answered promptly and with kindness. The installation went great and only took a couple of hours. The end result is fabulous and I am delighted with my cars upgrade - well done seatskinz and thank you !

I searched in vain on the internet for seat covers , which were waterproof, wipeable, close fitting and permanent for my Skoda Karoq. Only Seatskinz could meet my specification. From that point on they have been a pleasure to do business with. Office staff have been patient in advising me on colour and design based on my photographs, sending "mock ups" of the designs chosen, willing to talk through the ordering process, so that it was exact and have kept me informed on progress and delivery dates for the order of a full seat of covers for the car seats. The quality of the fabric and stitching used is exceptional and paying for the covers to be fitted by them was well worth the cost. The covers are indistinguishable from the car's original seating. Fitting by the company took about 2 hours, during which time I was well supplied with drinks and offers of sandwiches. The fitters were careful with all aspects of the car's interior and left it clean and fresh. An exceptional service all around and one I would not hesitate to recommend to others. ( Just one tiny niggle - the Seatskinz workshop is on an industrial estate and there could be better signage to find it amongst the other units). Thanks to all employees for your bespoke creation, supply and fitting service for my seat covers.

From start to finish the team at Individual Auto Design - Seats Skinz were amazing.
From my initial visit to custom design my seat skinz, to the fitting, brilliant, and the results….well you won’t find better! Absolutely fantastic quality.
I spent 500 miles in the drivers seat yesterday in absolute comfort and couldn’t keep myself from looking around at the beautiful seats which surrounded me.
Thanks again and highly recommended!

What a pleasure it has been using Seatskinz UK. From start to finish…. We asked for a few colour swatch samples which arrived in a couple of days.
Once we had decided our colour we set about creating our covers using their easy to use online design tool.
Then to ensure the correct pattern was used we were asked to supply pictures of our seats. This attention to detail while may seem a little extreme but it really did help the guys select the correct pattern.
We were given a lead time of around 6 weeks but ours were ready sooner.
They offer a fitting service at their location for a small cost but they will visit your own location (at a higher cost) too. We took the opportunity to have a night away staying at a nearby hotel the night before our fitting was booked for.

We were booked in for a 09:00 appointment and arrived a little before to find the team waiting for us to arrive as someone was going out for breakfast rolls which we were also offered (they were very good too!).
The overall fitting process took a little over 3 hours which may seem a long time but if I was to attempt it myself I think it would have been two or three times longer! These guys fitted our covers so well they look as if they have always been there!

Since returning I have passed this companies details onto other people who may wish to have added protection to there seats because we have been so impressed with the service we have received.

FYI the Cream pictures are the before we had Brown covers fitted.

I can't be more pleased with our seat covers for our Grand California. From start to finish the communication and information given has been fantastic. Sumer has guided us through all the different connotations we could have. Even going to Seatskinz HQ so we could see a full size sample insitu.
